Services
QTA works with clients in two structurally distinct ways. Both are built on the same discipline: evidence before conclusions, transparency about limitations, and no guarantee dressed up as a promise.
Advisory
QTA acts as issuer-side capital programme adviser, turnaround and restructuring adviser, and investment-readiness partner. QTA is not an Authorised Financial Services Provider and does not perform regulated financial advice or intermediary services — where that activity is required, it proceeds only through a client-approved Authorised Provider. QTA’s role is to prepare, structure, and advance a client’s proposition to the point where it is genuinely ready for capital-provider or board scrutiny.
What this includes
First step: Capital Readiness Assessment — defined scope, capped commitment, no automatic continuation.
Principal & Rights-Based Development
QTA’s Principal & Rights-Based Development activity is distinct from its advisory work. Rather than raising capital or advising on regulated financial products on a client’s behalf, QTA identifies and secures project rights on its own account, develops them toward bankability and value, and monetises that value directly or alongside partners.
